The Digital Leadership Institute offers outstanding individuals the opportunity to acquire experience in carrying out important policy, gender and education work in a welcoming and collaborative environment, based in an exciting international area of Brussels, in the heart of Europe. This opportunity is aimed at students in bachelors, masters, post-masters or doctoral programmes, and recent graduates.
DLI internships are not remunerated. The costs associated with internships must be borne by the nominating institution, related institution or government, which may provide financial assistance to its student; or by the individual, who will have to obtain financing for subsistence and make his or her own arrangements for travel, accommodation, etc.
Internship assignments vary in length, between two and six months, according to the availability and academic requirements of the intern, as well as the needs of DLI. Assignments are available on a part-time and full-time basis throughout the year.

Individuals interested in a DLI internship opportunity should fill out a DLI Internship Agreement and send it to us along with a CV and cover-letter.
Upon notification of acceptance, internship candidates must provide two letters of recommendation, proof of health insurance, proof of school enrollment or graduation, and a scanned copy of his/her passport and visa (if applicable).
